The Holly family Story
Day 1
Arrival to the land
of the pharaohs. At Cairo international Airport you will be welcome and
assisted through immigration and customs, then Escorted to your selected
hotel.
Day 2
Morning visit of the great Pyramids of
Giza, the Enigmatic Sphinx from here we drive to Sakkara the vast Necropolis of Ancient Memphis. Sakkara
has 14 Pyramids and built by Zoser I In 2700 BC. It is the first Pyramid
and is the world's oldest Stone structure .In the Afternoon, we drive to
Memphis - the Capital of The ancient kingdom and
one of the most important Cities throughout the History of ancient Egypt
in evening back to your hotel and overnight.
Day 3
Start to visit the Coptic Sites that were visited by the Holy Family in Lower Egypt.
Morning After breakfast will drive to TAL BASTA visit St. Mary's spring which started to flow when JESUS passed by.
Surrounded by ruins of an ancient Pharaonic temple.
Drive to DAKADOUS, visit St. Mary's church which was built on top of 2 churches dating back
to the 4th & the 13th Centuries.
Drive to SAKHA, visit St. Mary's church. In this village the Holy child left his foot
print on a rock. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 4
After Brakfast will Drive (120 km) with a visit to a Coptic monastery's In Wadi EL NATRUN to visit :
Monastery of the Romans (Deir Al Baramus) - Coptic
Anba Beshoy (St. Boshoi's) Monastery - Coptic
Monastery of the Syrians (Deir al-Surian) - Coptic
Back to Cairo and Overnight in Hotel .
